-通常配送の場合、日本国内に限り、ヤマト運輸にて全国配送料無料でお届けいたします。
-ご希望の配送日、配送時間をご指定いただけます。 配送時間帯:「午前中」「14時-16時」「16時-18時」「18時-20時」「19時-21時」※一時的にサービスをご利用いただけない期間がありますのでご留意ください。
-特にお届け日時をご指定いただかない場合、ご注文をいただいてから通常3日前後でお届けいたします。(土日、祝祭日、年末年始等を除く)
-配送時の梱包方法について、当社は最善の状態でお届けできるよう努めますが、受け取り時に梱包材の破損が認められる場合は、配送業者立会いのもと、製品の状態確認を行っていただきますようお願いいたします。
※配送日時をご指定いただいた場合でも、天災や天候不順、ご注文内容や決済情報の確認にお時間要した場合、また製品の入荷状況や在庫状況など、やむを得ない事情により遅延が生じる場合がございます。生じた遅延につきまして弊社では責任を負いかねます。
DHL On Demand Delivery
For all Standard : manage your delivery using ‘DHL Express, On Demand Delivery’.
Shortly after shipment of your order, you will receive a notification by email/SMS from DHL with your waybill number (tracking reference). This will include a link to ODD (On Demand Delivery). DHL offers the flexibility to amend your delivery whilst your order is in transit using this tool.
Through the link you will be able to access and customise delivery based on the options listed below:
Schedule Your Delivery: for when you may not be in to receive your delivery, a new delivery date can be selected up to 7 calendar days following the originally scheduled date.
Vacation On Hold: for times you may be a way, a new delivery date can be scheduled, up to 30 calendar days. In destinations where applicable you can also choose an approximate timeframe to receive your delivery.
Collection from a DHL Service Point: if it’s more convenient, for destinations enabled with this service, you can collect your order from a DHL Service Point/Parcel Locker. DHL will show you the nearest Service Points available, so you can select which one is best for you. They’ll then contact you to let you know when your order is ready to collect, along with how long you have to pick up your delivery. To collect your parcel from a DHL Service Point you’ll need to bring with you two forms of ID:
- A photographic ID (e.g. passport or driving license)
- Your email/SMS notification from DHL
To avoid any delays with your order, please ensure you select the delivery country before you proceed to Checkout.
We deliver to the following countries and regions on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. This means all import duties, customs taxes and local sales taxes are calculated and included within the purchase price:
- Cambodia
- Hong Kong, China
- Indonesial
- Macao, China
- Philippines
- Singapore
- Thailand
- Vietnam
Shipments to the following countries will instead be sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means you will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the delivery of your order:
- Brunei
- Laos
- Mongolia
- Myanmar
- Timor-Leste
International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
Made-To-Order:
Due to their bespoke nature, Made-To-Order items have an estimated delivery time of 14 weeks. Please note there is an additional 2-week lead time for Bing, Meira, Bon Bon or styles featuring shimmer suede, all-over crystals and all-over pearls.Cinderella:
We stock the Cinderella edit with very limited availability, however, should your size be out of stock, we can handcraft a pair through our Made-to-Order service. In this case the lead time is 6 months.

Please note that any products purchased with our Made-to-Order Service (including Cinderella styles) are non-refundable and will be shipped independently of any other items purchased within the same order.Pre-Order:
Pre-ordered items are not immediately available to be shipped out to you. We provide you with estimated delivery times on the product page of your chosen item, however please note these are guidelines and may be subject to change. Any updates on the estimated delivery time will be communicated to you by our Customer Services team.
If you have purchased a pre-ordered item along with an item that is immediately available on the same order, items will be dispatched as and when they become available.
Items are eligible for returns as long as they meet the requirements of our returns policy.
Fragrance and Beauty:
Nail polish and fragrances are not available in this region due to transportation restrictions.
